These Terms govern your access to and use of Care & Cure PharmaCloud. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the billing cycle selected at signup. Prices and plan limits are determined by our records at the time of billing, not by any value submitted from your browser. Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid subscription only if you choose a paid plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Tenant Data Ownership

Data you enter into your pharmacy's account remains yours. We do not access, use, or share it except as necessary to operate the platform or as required by law.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
